The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who understands both the technical and functional sides of the Salesforce platform. You will support client implementations by building maintainable solutions using Salesforce best practices while collaborating closely with solution architects, admins, and integration teams. This role is ideal for a developer who wants to deepen their Salesforce expertise while working across multiple client environments and use cases.
What You Will Do
- •Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- •Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, flows, and validation rules
- •Build and maintain Lightning Experience components and user interfaces
- •Support integrations between Salesforce and marketing platforms
- •Support integrations between Salesforce and external APIs and web applications
- •Support integrations between Salesforce and data and analytics tools
- •Implement automation using Flows, Process Automation, and Apex triggers
- •Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability
- •Participate in deployment and release management
- •Assist with testing, documentation, and production support
- •Collaborate with admins, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- •2-3 years of professional Salesforce development experience
- •Hands-on experience with Apex
- •Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- •Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports)
- •Experience working with Salesforce data models and security model
- •Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release processes
- •Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
Required Certifications (at least one, more is a plus)
- •Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- •Salesforce Certified Administrator
- •Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
